Rite on Time movers showed up over an hour late and when they arrived we were told that we would have to pay them more money because ' they did not know they had to walk down the driveway.' We booked and paid them for 5 hours, but they were done is 3 hours. After we had the truck with our belongings arrive at our new location, we saw how they packed the truck. AWFUL !!!!!! EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS TORN, BROKEN, DENTED, SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. We supplied the movers with A LOT of moving blankets and they did not use them to cover and protect our belongings. The heavy items were placed on top of the fragile ones, leaving a big mess. NO, WE WOULD NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER.

Rite On Time was exactly the moving service I needed. They arrived as scheduled and got right to work! I had four movers on my team and each one was polite and efficient. The guys who came out from Rite On Time were just that - right on time. Their work ethic is very diligent, and they did anything they could to make sure we were satisfied with the move. They were very strong, efficient, and courteous. I'd hire these guys again, and strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. Money well spent!

We were very impressed with Rite On Time Professional Moving. They were exactly on time, finished the unloading that we needed done, ahead of schedule, because they were efficient. We will definitely be using this company again if we have moving needs in the area. They were very careful with our home and our furniture and covered the wall near the stairs so that there was no scratching of the wall.
