David arrived on time and worked his heart out to ensure that we were completely satisfied.
He knew what he was doing and focussed his energies only on doing what was needed to be done - no idle talk during the work. But during the entire drive to and from the loading location, he educated us about what precautions were needed to be taken once the loading was complete (as the drive involved a route with a lot of curves on the road.
