Making an accusation without contacting us first is not ok. You should have called us and reported the loss at the time you discovered it. We are service providers and simply want to provide service and be paid for the same.

We do not load, unload or carry paint, poisons, liquid foods, cash, expensive jewelry, firearms, or ammunition. Particleboard furniture is sometimes not well made and if not well made or well put together, does not travel well. Heavy items require advance notice and additional fees.

Why not?
Paint - if the cans are not properly sealed, or if they are punctured, paint gets everywhere and things are ruined.
Poisons - The men do not need to be exposed to poison. If it spills, it can also ruin your things.
Liquids, liquid foods - too much chance of spillage, spoilage, and mess.
Cash - see above. We don't want to be around cash. Impossible to say who - easy to be falsely accused without proof.
Expensive Jewelry is fragile and contains some of the same issues as cash. Better to put this in your car.
Firearms/ ammunition our men are not trained to handle firearms, to transport, wrap or carry. Better to put them in your car or truck.
Particleboard is ok, but everyone should be aware that when not well made or connected, sometimes it simply falls apart.
Heavy items require more men. Not so much to lift, as to make sure the things do not fall or tip over. It is unsafe for 2 men by themselves to carry too much weight.
