I’ve moved quite a bit but these were the best movers Uve ever had. Had some issues with the rain but it did not deter them from getting the job done quickly with a smile and a sense of humor. If you need help make sure you contact MATREL. Great experience.

They did a great job moving everything in quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER! That being said, the day of the move they tried calling me and told me they were going to arrive an hour before the time I booked them for. (This didn't work for me at all - I was on a very strict schedule. I was moving, after all.) I called them back to let them know this, and they told me they wanted to get started on the move earlier to accommodate another move they had later that morning. I told them it was not doable, I needed them at 10am, not 9am and I wouldn't be on site before that. He then tried to correct me by saying my reservation was for 9am. I told him he was wrong, and I needed them at 10am, as confirmed in my account. After arguing with me about it, he told me he would check my account and get back to me. Thirty minutes later, he calls me back and confirms I was correct with my time - but suddenly had car troubles and couldn't make my move time and would be arriving late... More around noon! Unacceptable, but I tried to see if I could adjust my schedule for this. I told him I couldn't, after trying to move things around, and suddenly he said he could be there on time? They clearly tried to push my move early and then late to accommodate another move. Very unprofessional to deal with outside of moving boxes and furniture on site. Disappointing to leave a review like this... He clearly tried to cover up the screw up by moving my stuff quickly. But then again, he might just have been hustling to make it to that later move. Regardless, I don't recommend this company.

Awesome guys got the job done an hour early! This is my second time using them and they were great. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for movers in San Diego area. They worked super hard and were friendly. They also took great care of my furniture which was hard to do because some of it was already in precarious shape making moving it more difficult. Great guys!

Hired Prestige movers to help unload a U haul that we drove in from out of state -They were on time and were fun people who worked hard so we could get everything unloaded quickly. We also had a few challenging arcade games to move in but with their help it turned out to not be that big of an issue. I’d definitely go with them again and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone else needing help moving their stuff.-Rich

Matrel was on time and worked without stopping for six hours. Once he knew what the job was he did not need supervision. I cannot recommend him more highly and will gladly use him again. He is personable, a great worker, and deserves the fine reviews already left about him on HireAHelper.
