My moving experience went off without a hitch. A Way 2 Move is very professional, organized and easy to work with. Paul was very helpful in suggesting the best size rental truck to save time/money and was courteous in calling me the night before and morning of our move to confirm the move time. Both movers worked hard and efficiently to make time and I would definitely use them again.

Paul and Hal did a good job in what they completed but they did not finish the job and left me with two storage units partially empty and with more rent to pay! Paul said that he would come back the next day and finish the job but did not call and did not come back. I had to hire another company and truck to finish the job which has cost me over $200 to complete. This has been a very stressful and bad experience.

Mover's response:

The customer had requested 3 hours of work and stated that she had one storage unit to empty. We scheduled enough time to do what she originally claimed she had to move. I let her know that we were booked up for the next following days, not that we would be returning the next day. We're sorry for the misunderstanding, but we also booked our jobs according to what the customer "stated" she had to move.

I was very impressed with the effiency of Paul and his helper. They were on time and were very fast with loading and unloading the truck. I would higly recommend them to anyone. They were courtous and respectful to me and my daughter. I will probably use them again to move our things .

The adjustment to the hours to be charged was not done.The operator of the busness-Paul-assured me that he would adjust the total and call me to confirm.He has not yet done so and does not answer the phone or return messages.The work performed was very well done and I would use his services again.

We had informed the customer that we could not adjust or refund anything to his credit card as he wished because we were not the billing party and had no access to his card information.

They were on time and very accommodating with my running late. They were careful with all my furniture and fragile boxes. They brought their own blankets and dollies and extra trailer which they had to use for some of my furniture. They were professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Paul and Anthony to anyone. They were on time and very professional and courteous. They packed our truck perfectly and very fast. I would not have been able to utilize all the space they did as efficiently. It was the best money spent in my opinion. They were very polite to my wife and I and used no foul language at all of which I myself tend to do. If you need some help loading or unloading for a move these two guys I would highly recommend. Paul from A Way 2 Move was excellent. I was especially impressed because he was always easy to reach by telephone & e-mail and was very consciencious about handling everything with care. He was easy to work with, polite and professional. After the first conversation with Paul, I knew I could count on him to make sure everything goes smoothly...and it did. He recognized a problem with the furniture delivery semi- truck company staff and was very quick to report it to us and to the semi-truck company manager directly. The two movers we used were both very courteous and very helpful with all our special requests. They were right on time...even in the bad weather and worked with no wasted efforts between the two of them. They packed the trailer so well that we had no movement or breakage after the long distance we traveled. I would recommend Paul and his helper(sorry I didn't get the helpers name) to anyone needing assistance moving, which I already have.
