Didn't show after hours of communication and promises that they were on their way. I've used this website twice and never had this happen. Beware with this mover.

After two confirmation checks the day before, A Smart Move was a no show the morning of my move. A Smart move also did not respond to repeated status update requests the morning of the move.

They never showed up, despite me calling several times they never answered the phone. Terrible service terrible business DO NOT HIRE. They screwed up my entire moving day it was a disaster when they didn't show up even two hours after the scheduled time.

The crew was great! Despite the fact that it was very hot and we were moving from a 3rd floor apartment with ALOT of stairs, they worked hard and fast. They knew how to load the truck, took care with our stuff, and were upbeat the entire time. I will most definitely use HireAHelper for our next move.

The guys only had to bring a bed down stairs and finished packing out my garage and the they did a good. The problem was they took two smoke break over 15 min each and they and they charge me for that. They was hired for 3 hrs and charge me for 3.5 hrs
