On time, prepared, organized, easy to work with, worked well together, spoke spanish and english well. Did a great job with the packing of the truck, careful with the items. Wrapped everything. Would use them again in a minute. All were hard workers.

I have moved over 30 times this is the first time I have hired this company. They are better than most moving companies I’ve ever used. They were very cost-effective and they completed the job in half the time. I am very impressed with them.

Morris Tyler and Andre did an amazing job. I had a 16 foot truck with a lot of things to pack. They were a beast at loading this truck and made everything fit. So happy with their service over the moon. Would definitely recommend for your move. They were super friendly efficient and on time. Movers were wonderful..very efficient. At the end we did tip as we felt they did a good job and were very quick. But when I signed that they only worked 2 hrs I was told by the owner as I signed the online paperwork, we would be refunded the 3rd hour which was not correct. We had other things that we needed loaded and would have kept the crew for this if we were aware that the 3rd hour was basically a bonus + the tip. Beyond frustrated with miss information.

Great service on load/unload labor! Had issue with online scheduling vs. their real schedule, but they promptly addressed it the next day. They showed up right on time with new time slot. Guys were patient and friendly to accommodate our storage situation, but also prompt at taking action and not to waste our time. Highly recommended! And this is an honest review for their great service! Thank you Melrose Movers!

I had a great experience with my movers Dewain and Jarrell. The estimated time of arrival was a bit later but they contacted to let me know they were running behind. When they arrived, they got straight to work & moved all my heavy items from the 3rd floor so fast I couldn’t believe it. Very friendly, professional & efficient. I highly recommend them! Thank you.

Moving from one home to another is a very stressful endeavor especially when you are 81 years old. I found Hire a Helper and IJC on line. Not having moved very often in my lifetime I was gambling I was making a good choice. I was and am pleased with the final result. The movers arrived on time even though Pine City addresses can be confusing. They immediately got to work and were careful to protect my property. They did a good job placing my furniture in my new residence. I hope at my age I will not have to do any more moves. Too much work. If I would need movers again I would be happy to work with these young men again. They were super polite and efficient. I had 3 friends with me and they commented on how well the move went. These young men deserve a well done from four fussy senior citizens.

The workers called me when they were enroute to my home and arrived on time. Both of them were friendly and I really enjoyed the help they provided for me. I appreciated them making sure not to damage my furniture. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and would use the services again in the future.
