Terrible. Fantastic. $730 to move a one bedroom? Second story 1 bedroom into single story home. I had two different teams of people on two separate days, this was not by my choosing. The first group was so incredibly bad 2 months later it still gives me a headache. The second group was great.
The first group showed up 3 hours early. While the leader, Austin looked around and frowned at our items clearly listed on our "large Items" list when we initially hired them, the other looked like he was sleeping standing up. The leader started grabbing small boxes and instructed the sleeping zombie to disassemble our dining room table. After 18 small boxes had been taken down our one flight of stairs, not including the side table and chair I took down myself, the zombie sleeper was finally done taking apart our table. Carrying nothing he went downstairs. After several minutes without seeing either of them I go downstairs. Expecting to see them hard at work I see them talking. Austin walks over, looks me straight in face and says "So here's the deal, we're done for the day." he explains how hard they've been working all day "huffin n' puffin" he says. He tells me that they are going to load up what they had, 18 small boxes and several other small items, and take those. He hands me a card and says "Just call this number and we can probably get the rest Wednesday or something." It was Sunday. I'm in utter disbelief as in my apartment remained 85% of our belongings. Nothing they had moved from my apartment weighed more than 30lbs. It didn't take long to unload as these idiots were done before the time they were supposed to show up in the first place.
Had the wife call and demand a second group as I would have just cussed and screamed. They said they would send someone @7:30am the next day. Second group was great, showed up right on time, moved all our stuff , didn't complain. Actually finished in the same time it took the first group to move a small closet.

After submitting our request and it being accepted, this company canceled the day before they were scheduled to show up, leaving us scrambling to find another company to help unload. Would not recommend due to unreliability and canceling at the last minute.
