How easy Hire A Helper made it for us to move! Set up on line, calls to check up on our new address, and text messages to determine completion.
We hired 2 men for 2 hours from Arizona Always Ready Movers. They brought along their own moving equipment and efficiently emptied our storage container. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our belongings.
We would absolutely recommend them to others and if needed, would use them again!

They showed up on time and worked hard. Would have given 5 stars but they damaged an armoire when they moved it. Overall they did a good job .

They did arrive on time with short notice ( day before ). One of the helpers went out of his way not to carry heavy items and wouldnt listen to instruction. He seemed more concerned with carrying boxes in and often put them in the wrong rooms. I believe this one set something on my son's tablet and threw it in the closet. I say I believe because he sat a desk on the same boy's playstation. The other guy, who I tipped, worked hard and followed instruction well. Would I use them again, No. I used them because PackRat paid for it because of their lack of service which is a whole different review.

We were scheduled for a 8 o'clock start however I got bumped to second job of day. We got started about 11:30. These guys were great workers, and the temp. was over 100 degrees. They were respectful and got the job done ahead of schedule.. I would use them again.

These guys were awesome!!! They busted their butts, and never stopped! Unloaded a huge 26 ft. Truck in 2 hours. They were very friendly and never complained, even when we drove up to unload late in the evening. I would so recommend these guys!!!!

I do not recommend this provider based on poor time management, minimal experience, lack of efficiency, and poor packing techniques into a storage pod.
They were 2.5 hours late even after I was flexible with the arrival time at their request (4.5 hours late in total). The guys were nice, they had some equipment to help with the move and did the work with respect to the property. But, they didn't have the experience to efficiently pack a storage pod, leaving a lot of unused space. The guys moved slowly and spent quite a bit of time talking about what to pack next and how that I ended up paying an additional hour. Their manager was very quick to call them repeatedly to ensure payment was released - very poor service on the manager's end! I'll use another service for my next move.

The two movers showed up approximately 10 minutes late, but that is very acceptable. They worked very hard for the next four hours, and did not take a break. They had a challenge to pack my two bedroom condo into a large container, and were very ingenious about getting it done well. I have my stuff in storage, so I don't know about any damage issues yet. Overall, I was very satisfied.
