We can also provide trucks at additional rates and do full service moves anywhere in the state of Ohio we are legal and insured.We do have a 3 hr minimum charge and sundays are a extra $10.00 per man.

Kris contacted me twice prior to the move to make sure we were all set, and offered packing services (which I declined). He brought their biggest truck as I was not sure what I would need, and arrived on time, ready to go. At the end of the day PRS was done 1/2 hr early and made sure I was aware I could call in to request a refund on that time.
I would definitely use them again, overall it was a smooth seamless experience. Thanks!

On the negative side, the movers seemed to forget about our scheduled Friday move, and when they attempted to come late got into a traffic accident. So we rescheduled for the following day, costing us $20 for another day of truck rental.
On the plus side, the movers arrived on time the following day and were courteous, cooperative, and careful with the furniture.

Chris and his assistant arrived on time and ready to work. They helped me in ways not strictly in the job description, like where is the best place to secure a heavy safe in my box truck and how to secure it. PRS exceeded my wildest expectations! They not only showed up early, but called me half an hour before the appointment time to make sure of the building's location. They were very courteous and took direction well, while at the same time offering their opinion and expertise when we needed some ideas. It took a LOT less time than we anticipated, plus their organization skills fit everything into a storage space (which we weren't sure would work). They will be the first people I call next time we have a project!
