This company is the worst that I've seen ever!! 1st of all they only chose Sunday to move my furniture which was absurd, but I agreed. Sunday 10 AM they never showed! I called and text them but no answer. They left me and my family flapping in the wind, because of them my Uhaul rental was late.. I would not refer this company to anyone . 10 thumbs down!!!??????????????????????

Beginning to end and post: legions of issues ...I was left with a lot of damage and a far from complete job. For someone with a medical condition as serious as mine, this made my situation worse, from health to logistics to finances. They are simple not ready to call themselves professional movers. While they were kind, they weren’t fast, forthcoming or equipped to even organize the job properly & then just disappeared- short staffed , a mess. And expensive. Sorry, but I’ve had far more complex and or chaotic moves - this was 1.2 miles away, and I had sold half my furniture- they still didn’t get it all moved - I paid almost $700 and bought another storage unit SO THEY could move furniture - and they were suddenly unavailable. I have damages and much else. Had to pay someone else the same amount after and am still paying on the storage units - which were not to be needed. A nightmare. Almost $2k later- and this to help EASE stress due to my medical conditions. How I even survived it bleeding internally bc of the stress is beyond me. They just ain’t ready - this was a 3rd floor apt to storage. Not all was boxed but we’d discussed that previous. They were to move all furniture for sure - didn’t. I’ll prepared with equipment - and no blankets or proper hand tricks a for the job, didn’t even fill the U-Haul truck we rented (another cost) but 2 x in 7 hours and neither time was it full - the second time it was about 1/5 full.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a confirmation call, we will ask the information that you have provided and verify that everything is correct for your move. You can expect a phone call or a text message the day before your move is scheduled just to verify that all is good for the move the next day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect phone calls or text messages or which ever you prefer, on where we are and when we will arrive to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Already have the truck parked in a good location for us to unload. If you are not sure where to park the truck, that’s okay too. We can move it as needed when we arrive for the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of moves such as full service moves, long distance moves, 1 bedroom apartment, up to 4 story houses.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is just being able to help those in need to move and put a smile on their face.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our guys to be safe at all times. Use good communication. Treat all belongings like there yours. Take care of everything.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
