What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Customers can expect a wonderful experience from us. We try to make the move as efficient as possible. We desire for our company to be among the highest rated moving labor companies.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We call in advance to confirm that everything is still scheduled as plan. We are reliable and show up when scheduled, unless there are traffic issues in the commute and even then we call the customer to communicate that so that the customer is aware.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should make sure that their items are properly boxed and wrapped for safe transport or storage, prior to our arrival.

What types of moves have you handled?

We primarily handle cross-town local moves within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Personally, I enjoy the seeing the sigh of relief from a customer when the move is over and the feedback that comes from client satisfaction. Our goal is to have repeat customers that have a "go-to" moving labor company in the future.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew members usually have prior experience and training. Plus, the move foreman will also oversee and manage any ongoing training with junior moving helpers to the degree necessary.
