We have never moved across country before.
We decided to go with UPACK, and they as well were totally awesome, but it involves a lot of back breaking lifting, packing, organizing and plenty of ibuprofen.
We called hire a helper to help us both load and unload.
I cannot emphasize enough how great these guys were.

Now that I'm finally moving into my new place I am seeing how truly horrible a job that they did. The move took place on February 3rd 2024.
- First they got there late in the evening
- They smelled of marijuana/weed when they arrived
- They completely but unnecessarily dismantled my bed frames and mirrors when it wasn't necessary
- I don't have all the hardware and brackets to put the beds back together so now it looks like I have to at the very least purchase new bed frames which won't match my bedroom set
- I am completely dissatisfied with the service from this company and who they hired to represent them!!!!!
No they did not wear uniforms or anything to distinguish themselves as movers of a company.
I don't know if it is even possible after all this time but I would definitely like some type of call back to address these concerns.

We hired two helpers for two hours. My hope was to unload a 16’ POD in that time. We not only got the POD finished, we also unloaded a 17’ Uhaul and 2 pickup trucks in our original 2 hour window. Our helpers were very quick and worked hard for every minute of our time. We got two days of work done in 2 hours. Very happy, could not have got that much done so quickly without their help.
