I was very disappointed. I scheduled packers to come on Sunday between 1-2pm and they never showed up and I called around 3pm and they said they didn't know they were supposed to come to my house to pack and I had the confirmation email stating they received the order. They could not come that day and I had to reschedule for Monday. I was not reimbursed or discounted in any way. The estimate they gave me for a 2 bedroom townhouse was 4 hrs which took them 6 hrs to complete and they told me the moving would take 3 hrs and it took 6. I will never use them again!

Mover's response:

I am sorry you're disappointed. We did not get the information,as we never worked with Hire a Helper before. We made arrangements to come the very next day.We never gave you an estimate,,Hire-a Helper did. Your email conformation was from Hire-a Helper not us. You also said you would have a rental truck, you didn't,so we had to come back (at know extra charge) the next day. We were on time and did a perfect move. You never got an estimate or confirmation from MY company.
