I had an arrival time of 1pm which was confirmed prior to Saturday by the moving company for 2 men for 3 hours. On Saturday at 1:09 I received a call from the movers saying he was going to be late due to a flat tire, but would be to me by 3pm. At 2:53 I received another call saying that he was going to be another hour or so because the tire issue wasn't resolved. Finally, at 4:45 they arrived and began moving boxes from my house into the truck. At 5:35 they were carrying a dismantled armoire down the stairs, while dragging it along the wall, and one of the guys dropped his end and let it fall I to the other mover and onto the stairs damaging the piece. At that point they began fighting and one guy quit. He refused to do any more work and left. After an hour of work. I was left with one guy. We called the owner of the company who said she would find replacement helpers, which never happened. The two of us, me and the mover, moved what we could into the truck and I had to leave quite a bit behind and had to leave he uhaul truck there overnight because it was late and there was no help for him to unload. Right there I was charged for a second day with I haul. Before parting that night I was told that they would return the following day at 4pm to unload and would pay $35 per hour instead of $40 and get an hour for free. So my 4pm Sunday appointment that was running on time as of 1:22pm Sunday afternoon didn't actually show up till 5:38pm. Why I'm paying $197 for Saturday for two helpers at 3 hours is beyond me, but having to pay double double plus uhaul late fees is ridiculous! This was a horrible experience and would've been better off money and experience wise getting a full service mover.
Thank god for David at hire a helper. He helped to get me some of my money from the Saturday move back and reimbursed me for damages to my armoire.

Needed someone right away, and come to my rescue same day. Extremely friendly and got the job done fast.

Although there was a last minute change in the time they arrived from their side these guys were great. I had moved the majority of the lighter stuff and left them the heavy stuff. They dove right in and had the heavy stuff out the door and into the container in less than the 2 hours that I thought it might take. They were careful not to damage anything including the home from which I was moving out of. Super nice guys as well. I would certainly use them again.

Movers On The Go were great! They were on time and worked extremely hard for the full four hours. We discovered our moving truck ramp didn't work and they not only took the time to try and fix it (even though the truck was rented through another company), but when we were unable to fix it they still moved all my furniture and belongings up and out of the truck, which was not easy. The guys were very respectful and nice. I would definitely use them again and plan to the next time I move if they keep their affordable pricing. You can't beat their prices for the work they do.

These guys were great! They were on time and went right to work emptying the truck in hot weather. I even offered a drink to them and they declined as they just wanted to get it done. Two terrific guys and everything was in quickly and placed in the appropriate rooms. I would highly recommend this company! Movers on the Go we're just that, they never stopped!
