2 1/2 hours late!!!!! Because of that, people on the other end were not there to help unload!!!! Did NOT do a walk through which I wanted to show them what was staying & going. To much got left behind. Made a stressful day even more stressful!!! Do NOT use them!!!! Plus, I paid for 5 hours and only got 3 hours!!!!

Bryan told me he would be there at 9:00 am sharp. I left immediately and went to the previous residence to get the move started. Bryan then texted me at 9 am, and he said it would be closer to 10 am. He and his partner got there at 10:00 a.m. and promptly disappeared. I finally went out to the truck at 10:20 am, and they were standing around talking. I told them we needed to get moving, and instead of complying with my request they intentionally slowed down. It would take them over 15 minutes to load just one item. The move involved 3 beds, 3 dressers, headboard, couch, love seat, desk, nightstand, tv stand table and six chairs and 15 tubs. After two hours and fifteen minutes, they still had not finished. The truck looked like a child loaded it. I finally just walked to the truck and started it up, or I would still be waiting on them to finish. They took a long lunch, and then came to unload furniture. They moved a little quicker here, but at one point Bryan said he had spent all the time he was going to spend on this move. He was not doing anything else. Then, Bryan proceeded to demand my Mom's credit card number, so he could be paid $100 under the table for the move. She refused to give him her number. This angered Bryan. After this nightmare, it took us 7 days to get the items that were left at the old apartment by moving them ourselves. This was not a large move, and our previous movers moved everything in less than 1-1/2 hours. However, these movers were determined they were going to make this an all-day move and take advantage of of a single mom and her 72 year old mother. We Will never use this service again, and I encourage you to avoid them as well.

The movers we're on time, they were very respectful, and howdy go get them attitude. I was impressed on how they loaded the truck to sit as much as possible. They took one break for lunch and went went back to work. They were very hard-working and didn't even tastic job. I know that I will be using them again in the near future. Thank you B-Able Movers.
