A little late but once they were there they worked really hard and did a good job

I kinda feel like I was the day's most unimportant customer. I had to pay a late fine because i returned my rental truck late as a result of the movers previous job running later then expected, but I understand that the movers had had a long day and had several other jobs to complete that day.

Job requested from 7-9 a.m. to which they agreed. Arrived at 8:30 a.m. forcing staff to do some of what they were hired to do. One helper seemed more concerned about getting coffee than getting the job done. However, they did get the bulk of the job done with only one "eye-roll" at an expression of frustration by staff. They took direction well enough and listened when advised what needed careful handling.
