I had them out to check the packing from another company. I was worried about the fact, after the other company left, that they had not used any rope or straps in the load even though I provided them. Moving with Caution & Care unloaded part of the load and said it was loaded ok but really needed the straps which they added. In the mean time they came up with a plan that allowed me to cancel the 3rd PackRat. They loaded a trailer I own with my remaining stuff and did a great job. If you're doing a long move I strongly recommend getting a mover like this that is a licensed professional moving company.
