Everything went just as advertised. Neil and his helper did a phenomenal job loading, stacking and packing our PackRat unit for a long distance (coast to coast) move. Everything was carefully placed and tightly secured. We were completely satisfied with their work!

They showed up on time, had everything we needed to get the job done, worked very hard, and got done quickly. They did a great job packing things in tightly so nothing was shifting around while I was driving. If I need to move again I will definitely give them a call.

All three team members worked very hard and got a lot done in a short amout of time. There was also a mix up on the time from "hire a helper" to them and they were very responsive and apologetic. They gave us an updated assigned time and were here. Ended up working out very well. I would recommend them to anyone considering moving!

Neil and his partner were at 6529 Meadow Creek Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621 on time and they jumped right in and started moving stuff. I paid for 2 hours but they finished earlier than that and asked if they could help in any area to fill their time. They helped my son with a few items that made the families move easier.
They were both very respectful of being careful not to run into walls or scratch the furniture. I would definitely use them again, it made our lives easier and we didn't have to depend on family/friends especially on a work day.

On task? Yes. Work smarter, not harder - Yes. Strong? Yes. Carried a 200 lb armoir up to the 2nd floor and around a tight corner? Yes. Repositioned it later in the room when we requested? Yes. Had time to stay longer than planned? Yes. My one complaint is that they did not cover our leather loveseat with a blanket before they SQUEEZED it through the front door. I think the markings will wash off, but it did not sit well with me. They covered the longer couch with a blanket when I mentioned the first couch being squeezed through.

These movers were worth every dime and I would hire them again. I submitted my booking on-line, less than 24 hour notice. Neil called within a couple hours to confirm the booking and meeting time. They were prompt, professional (formal introductions and handshakes) and personable. My belongings were unloaded safely and placed according to my direction. They worked quickly and efficiently to keep my 2 hour requested level of service. Very satisfied customer.
