We are customer service driven and that should be easy in this industry. What do we enjoy about the work you do? Everyone hates to move when it's time to move, and you never know how much junk you have until it's time to move, well with a company who is willing to protect, move, and take care of your junk with the same type of quality care we have when wrapping and transporting your most expensive piece of furniture it takes a different type of mover. It takes some people who have The Love 4 Moving... • Moving Customer into their New Home • We Enjoy removing the stress out of your move. • We Enjoy getting to know a little bit about the customer and learning from them as well. What should you the customer know about our pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is fair and reasonable we're not here to break the bank we're here to save it.... If you pay for anything (i.e. furniture etc.) after the move it's because you wanted to and not because you had to. That is Money well spent. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Every customer is a new customer even if they're not our first impression is our only impression and if we can't make 5 stars out of that... Well, then you just didn't hire us! ?? How did we get started doing this type of work? I started doing moving by helping a family friend move and boy was she particular, and back then I wasn't as patient as I was now. 5+ years later,? I appreciate her more and more. What types of customers have you worked with? All types of customers from the laid-back to the most particular of customers. Describing a recent project(move) you are fond of. Well, we are fond of every project because to us it's our way of proving to customers moving doesn't have to be so hard and strenuous. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Make a couple call find out our price and the competition... Book us... Make a couple more calls if you already booked some else... Call us back... Sit back relax and tell us where to place everything Tips us... ?????? Leave a Review Call everyone you know who is looking to move and tell them who to call. (4 The Love Of Moving of course) ??????

Hour and half late, two young men did a good job....No dolly, no straps. Had I not unload half before they showed up, I don't think it could have been done in 2 hours

Pod so tightly no gaps. Moved and wrapped all items extremely carefully and with utmost care. Will use them again and highly recommended for future jobs!

Team was the best, Percy assured me all would be well. The 2 guys William and Mani were amazing. They arrived early, moved all of my stuff with the utmost care.
They were very careful not to damage or scratch anything. Pod was packed very strategically, couldn’t believe everything fit.
Would 100% recommend them to family and friends!!!

Their crew showed up 2.5h late putting our whole day off schedule. We only got a crew after I called the owner multiple times on both phone numbers Will not book again.

They were no shows and horrible communicators. I tried calling leading up to the window to confirm that they were going to come, but no answer. Then as the arrival window was getting close to the end, I tried calling again, but no answer. They never reached out to me until after the window had closed. They weren't answering the main phone number that they had listed and the alternative phone number they provided didn't work. Overall horrible experience.

These 2 men wrapped my tvs, mirrors, paintings, etc and filled my 16 foot pod professionals and courteously, taking 5 hours to complete the job. I kept adding more items near the end, and they were able to make it fit and tie it all up. I took a picture before they left. It travelled over 1,200 miles, and the picture I took when I opened the pod was almost identical, just some blankets had shifted. Not a thing was damaged. I would highly recommend this service.

Percy Chang and his team members are by far the most organized and efficient team members I’ve ever met. They worked so fast to fill up two pods of items from my house and made sure to maximize the space as best as possible. I highly recommend them as they were very respectful with our belongings, made sure to protect each item, and most importantly organized. They also took great care disassembling our furniture and keeping the screws for each item.

The team arrived later than scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. When they did arrive Percy and his team worked diligently and super efficiently to pack my belongings in the POD. I’m still amazed at how much was able to be be packed in my 16’ POD and feel it was done safely and securely. I would highly recommend Percy and 4theliveofmoving for any moving needs.
