They were on time actually 15 minutes early!
They were extremely prepared and had additional supplies so my furniture was well cared for!
The young man worked hard however his partner was his wife and she didn't work as hard as he did...quite a few smoke breaks involved.
They were very respectful of my property and took additional measures to ensure my stuff was protected and stored well in the truck.
I would use this service again....this is the third time I used hire a helper...it's very easy and all three times was easier on my family.

If you want a one man team when you pay for 2, and are willing to work as the second mover. So basically your paying them for you to do the heavy lifting, which is why you hire movers. At one point my husband and I left to go to the store for over an hour and nothing was done, not quite sure what we paid $400 for.

Mover's response:

After they changed the time once and then we waited for an hour..... we informed the customer that with only a few hours notice that we were not able to get another man. It was made clear to the customer and her response was to send the one and keep the rest as a tip. We had loaded everything onto the truck while they were gone with the exception of the sectional sofa and a few things that were outside that we could not get to because of vicious dogs. So for that we did need their help.
