1 1/2 hour late for job. They had been given the worng address from their home office.
One of the helpers was so small and weak, I had to help move the heavy furniture.
They bring no rope or shrink wrap... You must have everything pre-padded and have your own rope.
Lead helper - Kirk, was good. He was able to pack the PODS better than I ever could!
I would not use this compnay again - Would use Kirk again!

I made a reservation for 2 movers from the
company MOVE RIGHT for Friday 3/11/11. My appointment was scheduled for 3 hours
with 2 helpers and they were due to arrive between 12p and 1p.

>By 3:30p no one had shown and I had been given the run around all day. Since my
last call with Nick and Brian at 3:30p and 3:45p respectively, I have yet to
hear back. I called REPEATEDLY (along with my husband), left messages, until 8p
when someone showed up. As you can probably understand, we were not able to move
in the pitch black night. We had to tell them to leave. We also found out that
the helper was NOT and employee of said company, thus uninsured. We would never
take this risk. Not only was it so late, it was TOO late at this point to make
other plans.

move us. Now we are out that money as well.

My movers were excellent! They were very efficient and completed the move very fast. They were extremely well mannered and polite. I am very please and would recommend them to others.

The 2 men from Move Right could not have done a better job. They were pofessIonal and very gentle and careful with all of our furniture and boxed belongings. They took extra care to ensure that there was absolutely no damage to anything. Thank you Nick and Donny for doing such a great job! We would hire you two again without any hesitation. You two did a great job and worked very hard the day of unloading. You are the best! I recommend you very highly.

Kurk and Nick did a great job in the moving department. They were about an hour late but they kept me updated as tho thier status and I relialize it was beyond their control because the previous job went way over estimate.
The only suggestion I have to make is to make sure you try to accurately estimate the amount of time it will take for your move when you sign up for help. When you call the number to release payment after the helpers are done, you don't have an option to reduce the number of hours fron the original estimate. In my case I had estimated 5 hours but the total hours came to 3. When I called the number my only option was to release for 5 hours. However, we did get this sorted out without a big problem.

We had to change the time that we needed the crew at the last minute as the PODS were going to come later. No problem! The crew arrived and the two PODS were emptied within our two hour time frame. The guys were very helpful and curtious. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The three guys that came to complete the job were very cordial and professional. However, they were 6 hours late. The job they had prioir to our move kept them over. We did call the manager and he did give us a slight break on the unload portion of our move. The unload was not completed until 2:30AM. I was a biut concerned about about the guys driving that late after working from 8:00AM in the morning till 2:30AM. They were exhausted by the time they left. Other than the late start and the very late finish I would recommend the crew we had.

Nick and Benny were very professional and did an excellent job. I have never had a moving crew that tied everything down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I move in the future, Move Right will be my choice. Thanks guys!
