They called to notify when running late and time to expect.
Apologetic about delay, although this worked well with us.

One of the guys ( lead man?) saw we were having problems with putting bed together, helped with a tool he had in car. My daughter and I were struggling for about an half hour, as we wanted to have the bed put together prior to their arrival.
Easy to schedule and confirmations were great. Eased my mind as we were moving to a new city.

Jacob and Russ showed up on time and ready to go. We went through the apartment so they could see what was to be loaded and they got to work. Even though it was hot and humid, they only took one water break. They worked very well together and were careful during all aspects of the job. They were finished well before the allotted time and double-checked to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Highly recommended.
