Excellent service. Extremely nice. They even emptied my bedroom first so that I could move my dog from the bathroom to what she has claimed as her safe space to minimize the stress on her. Asked if they could come earlier if it was convenient for me (which it was), showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently to load my container. They even saved me money due to a mistake Hire A Helper made (HaH didn’t book the proper number of helpers and time), so they explained that it was cheaper to rebook properly after paying the cancellation fee to HaH rather than pay the extra hourly rate. They were also very patient in answering all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel like I was bothering them in the slightest or speaking down to me. (I felt like I had more questions than a toddler does). I highly recommend.
