We had a bad experience with a moving company (from Hire A Helper) in the morning on our Moving Day. So much so that they had to be replaced.
First off, Hire A Helper, responded to our issue, reviewed the case immediately and worked with us. They reacted professionally, respectfully and quickly to our problem and situation. They found us new movers (24 Hour Moving & Storage) within 30 minutes for the same day!
Once James and Dawson from 24 Hour Mover's arrived a couple hours later, the moving day got back on track. They understood the situation and were empathetic toward it. They worked hard to catch up and stayed longer to get us moved that day.
The moving day did not go as we planned and some unnecessary stress was added by the bad experience from the first moving company.
But at the end of the day we were grateful that we ultimately got 24 Hour Moving and Storage to finish the job. We are confident avoided and FURTHER damage to our belongings and new house because of the change in moving companies.
I would recommend Hire A Helper, based on how they handled our situation, I believe more of their member companies are like 24 Hour Moving & Storage and not like our first moving company we were assigned. I certainly would recommend 24 Hour Moving & Storage for your moving needs!

I had my doubts when I saw them get out of the car, but they so proved me wrong. Outstanding young men. Professional, polite and worked their tails off. I think they even noticed that I had hurt myself, but didn’t say anything, just grabbed what I would of had to move that would have caused more pain. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this two young men. Please past along to them again how much I appreciated their help today.

24 Hour Moving's James and Dawson were AWESOME! They showed up 10 minutes early, were expeditious, and so skilled in the way they unloaded my moving truck and loaded my storage unit. I had a 16' Penske truck packed to the brim and they fit it all skillfully into a 10x12' storage unit.
Thank you again guys and I will be hiring you again when I move out of storage in September!

I highly recommend these movers. They showed up on time, very friendly and were very meticulous in moving our stuff in a way that it would not get damaged. They really moved in each piece of furniture into our house as if it were their own. They were thorough and detail oriented. I am super happy.

CS Movers:
James, Patrick, Dawson and Liam did a marvelous job unloading and even assembled furniture! They were all so helpful and respectful at all times. James even took pictures of how things were packed before and my husband watched as he assessed many items that were damaged by how our property was improperly loaded, unsecured and unprotected.
To make all this even more miraculous, they did all this in the snow and high winds. Any other moving company would have bailed and understandably so, but these guys are hard core and super friendly.
We thank you for helping us make this transition a bit more friendly. I highly recommend 24 Hr Moving--Southerners Rock!

They were awesome! Very professional and quick to unload, nothing was damaged, even in extreme cold/windy conditions. I figured it would take close to 2 hours, they were complete in nearly 1 hour!
