When they arrived they introduced themselves and were ready to get to work. They were very respectful of our belongings and were careful in the handling of them. The work was completed in the contracted time. A couple of minor things:
1) they did not have the straps for tie-down as they loaded the goods, they did provide some rope to do that job, but some items did show movement upon arrival.
2) upon unloading there was one glass shelf that arrived broken, it had not been removed from the curio cabinet that was part of the bedroom suite. None of the four glass shelves had been removed or wrapped. Also, upon reassembly of the bed the hardware to attach the bed to the head board was not found.
Despite these items, we were extremely pleased with the service.
