The two men were very efficient. They made sure to be within the time limit but at the same time were very careful with our property.

Upon arriving they took a break. They asked where I wanted to put things, I told them, they ignored me. Boxes were just put wherever, boxes with books were placed on top of any other boxes. It took them forever and got slower as time when by thereby causing me to get charged more money.
I would not recommend them. I have moved three times in the last six months and they were not comparable to the others.

After review, company called me. The guys only took three hours for the job. There was an error in billing. Customer Service is excellent.

Had the guys from SMCS come back out to unload the pod they had previously loaded. They were on time, super fast, very careful with everything and a pleasure to have them back again. Highly recommended.

This team was great. They called before arriving, worked hard for two hours, and completed the job ahead of schedule. This move was from a POD with most items just going to the garage, but it really saved our backs. The task was completed in less than two hours; it would have taken us the entire day, and the price is very reasonable. One of the two workers was very polite, and I appreciated his courteous interactions and positive attitude.
