Do NOT hire Harris Moving! I recently hired Harris for loading help from my apartment into an ABF tractor trailer. They were very polite and friendly, but when my belongings arrived the next week, there was not one single piece of furniture neither damaged or broken. I literally had three tables broken completely in half, and everything else was gouged, scratched, and had trim and molding broken off. It appears that the tables were broken before the truck even left my old city, and that boxes of books were piled on top to hide the damage. I gave them blankets and pads to cover my furniture with, but the only thing they covered was my mattress. Lamps and other boxes were literally just thrown in on top of my furniture causing everything to rub together in transit. I've since tried to call the company several times, but when they realize it's me, they just hang up on me. Needless to say, I've been frustrated and heartbroken over this.
