Showed up an hour late and high. We did not feel comfortable allowing them to handle our belongings while smelling of weed. I felt like showing up under the influence was just completely unprofessional. I have 3 children, 1 with special needs and all of us have allergies. After 30 mins we told them their job was complete just to get them out of the house. Would not recommend.

The guys that showed up were great and worked very hard.
However, a couple of days before the move, I called to confirm with the owner that there was a large executive desk, and that previous movers had required shoulder dollies to move it. The movers arrived with no shoulder dollies, and, while they did get the desk moved, I settled for putting it in a different room at the new location.

The helpers were 2 and a half hours late. I had requested for loading and unloading help to arrive between 9am and 10pm. I myself and my elderly father ended up loading the UHaul. The helpers did not show up to the loading location, only to the unloading location and only worked for one hour but the company charged for a 2 hour minimum. They did end up getting my stuff unloaded, I just wish they took being punctual seriously.

My movers were late getting to me. They did call to let me know. We did not have that much to move, but it seem to take a long time. Some of our stuff was damaged in the moving process.

My only complaint was they were 2 hours late but once they arrived, they knocked it out fast and were polite and patient.

They showed up late due to a crew member backing out at the last minute, so they had to find a replacement before they could start. They arrived ready to work. They followed directions and got the trailer emptied in no time. Furniture and boxes were handled with care. Before they left we were able to have them move some of the bigger items where we wanted them.
