Pedro, Senna(SP?) and their helper were great movers. They did however arrive 30 minutes late but that is because we live up in the mountains. They were very conscientious with being careful with our stuff.

When I got a call to reschedule the movers for the next day due to jobs going too long, I started to worry. They assured me they would be at the house by 8AM the next day, and to my surprise they actually showed up at 740AM! Road Runner has great customer service and the movers were efficient, careful, and friendly. I would use them for other moves going forward.

The move was scheduled for between 9-10am. They finally showed up at noon. No reason, no apology, no call. They worked hard for about 30 minutes, then one of the movers started complaining about everything and doing more arguing than moving. The other mover continued working hard but it really did require 2 people working, not just one. As a result, the move took longer than it should have. His attitude was horrible and very disrespectful throughout the move. Upon arriving at the new location, he stated that they would not put the boxes in the rooms clearly written on the boxes, but just drop them off and that was it. He then relented but required me to read the box location for him. Several items were damaged and broken. This was the absolute worst moving experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

These guys were amazing! They were on time, worked so fast but super careful about protecting the property. They were very respectful and polite. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!

They were late, however they worked hard and fast to get everything moved within the amount of time I booked. They were gentle and careful with all of my belongings and were sure to wrap them so no damage would occur. I would use them again!

They did a great job! Arriving at the very beginning of the window they committed to, they were tireless, even taking a second load when it became evident that my stuff was not going to fit in the single truck.
I'm very grateful for their help, their cheerfulness, and their care- so far, it appears we only lost one dish in the move, which is incredible.

Can’t say enough about the crew over a Road Runner. Juan and the other two gentlemen were just incredible in the care and assistance they gave in moving my belongings to my new condo. I would not hesitate in hiring this company again. Definitely professionals to the utmost standard.
