We did NOT cancel!!! They did not show. We received a phone call 15 mins after the time they were supposed to be at the appointed destination. The person that called was vague and did not even know what time it was. We had NO ONE to help move my 90yr old mom into her senior living facility. This was devastating to her. We also have not received the $240.00 fee that we already paid. If the fee is not refunded to us today we are filing with the district attorneys office on Monday.

Mover's response:

I was in the hospital getting an emergency blood transfusion. We we're suppose to be there in between 9am - 10am. My main employee called you at 9:04 to explaine the situation and to tell you that him and another employee we're going to head out right then to you and would have easily been there by 9:30 to help you move but instead you did nothing but scream at him for a while and then hung up on him. The only reasons you had NO ONE to help move your 90yr old mom was because of your uncontrollable temper and your lack of compassion. I feel sorry for the movers who ended up moving you. After reading your review and understanding what type of person you are im actually glad my guys ended up not doing it.

Glenn and Will were very professional and called to confirm the night before, and again prior to arriving. They were good natured and willing to do the multiple heavy lifting and moving we needed!! They patiently lifted the baby grand piano about 6 times while my daughter and I adjusted the rug underneath!!!

Had a small house to move. The guys showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The load arrived on the other end with no damage. I would use them again.
