The 2 men showed up on time, were very polite and finished the job in half the time I expected. They were very careful with all of my furniture, boxes and fragile items. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had used this company in the morning. We had a problem with the apartment that my daughter moved into. So we called them back, late in the afternoon, on the same day. Even though everything reflected they were booked, they made a phone call and asked a crew to come back. They were there within the hour! AWESOME SERVICE!!!! They were very courteous and so careful with all of our boxes, etc. Would DEFINITELY, HIGHLY recommend!

No one arrived 1-2 pm as scheduled. I called and was told they were running behind because previous job was taking longer than booked. Still no one by 3:30, called again and left message. Finally around 4, two guys arrive with no equipment. One did not even have gloves. They did not seem experienced. Learned they were not the scheduled crew - those fellows were still working on the previous job. I imagine that customer is happy but I question management's decision to short change my job when that customer so badly estimated time needed.

So I was not happy but will try to be fair. Some of the issues apparently started when I didn't check on the on line order until the day before. So that appears to have led to two day laborers showing up at my door about an hour late and with no clue what they were there to do. No handtrucks or dollies which I thought was part of the deal, no apparent experience moving furniture and little of the strength needed to do the job. Fortunately though, a regular employee showed up and stuck around to help and he knew what he was doing. So we got it done although with a lot more effort out of my ailing back then I planned on. and at a lot higher price than I preferred for what I got out of it (no refund for unused partial hour even though I did a lot of the work to get it to that point. So their regular employee was good leading me to believe that if you specifically require that their regular employees be used to do your job they would be ok.

On just one day's notice of when I needed their services they were able to fit me into their schedule and arrived when they said they would be there. They were very positive in their attitudes, worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in half the time I had expected it to take. It was right before the holidays and I really appreciate their help and would use them again.

So I should have known something was up when I had to call them to get confirmation they got my order and they never picked up their phone. I had to have hire a helper call them to get them to call me back. Then, on the day of the move, no one showed up. I tried calling them again and couldn't get anyone to answer, neither could hire a helper. After calling and leaving several messages I was able to get a hold of a lady who said the order said the right day but they wrote down the next day. She apologized but said they were working on a different call and wasn't sure if they could squueze me in. She said she would check on it and call me back. That was the last time I heard from them. Hours went by and I tried calling literally 15 times. Finally since hire a helper couldn't get ahold of them either, we cancelled and went with a different company who showed up on time and did a good job.
