These two guys are the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. They wasted zero time and had to come up with some pretty innovative ways to make big furniture turn corners I’ll call them every time.

We live in a one story house with a 3 step entrance. Two men came to empty our 16 ft truck. They were on time and respectful of our property. It was a hot day and they needed to take a few breaks, but they were able to complete the work in two hours.

The guys were on time. They did bring 1 single set of hand trucks for 2 guys I think 2 would have been appropriate. One of the guys smelled of alchohol I think thats unprofessional. The guys were able to completly unload the truck in the 2 hour window that we'd paid them for, however I had to push them as they were moving at a very slow pace. If I had not helped unload, the truck would't have been unloaded in the 2 hour window we paid for. I had to tell them, "I hired yall to move the heavy items" more than once. I also had to ask the guys twice not to slide furniture in the truck that could potentially damge the wooden legs on our most fragile furniture. They scratched the door in the garage and just looked at me. I told them not worry about it as time was money. I think they could have offered to touch it up or something. They just waited to see how I would respond. It was extremely hot and sweat is understandable but they left trails of sweat all over the floor and didn't offer to clean it up or wipe off any of the moved furniture. I think a offer to clean up afterwards would be a good gesture. I would not use them again.
