JoGo Movers were great to work with on my move. They were sent by FindAHelper the next morning after the original movers cancelled on me. That being said, there were problems with the move. First, while loading/unloading a very expensive executive office desk, they broke several piece that I now have to replace. Currently the desk is unusable. Second, unless I constantly reminded them, the would not use the furniture wrap that I provided for them nor would the put furniture blankets between each piece. Subsequently, all my furniture now has very noticeable scratches. They tried to load the truck too quickly, The move would have gone a lot smoother had they waited just a moment to map out a better way to load the truck. Third, I was bill an additional $125+ for furniture disassembly. This was for one piece of furniture and it was three screws. Fourth, because they took a lunch break during the additional three hours needed for the move, I do not feel that I should have been charge the full three hour charge. I would recommend JoGo Movers, but because of the circumstances of situation during my move, things could have gone a lot better. My suggestion, always get the biggest truck available and plan way ahead on what will go in first, etcetera.

JoGo Movers were really good. They were very efficient. They were running a bit behind, but we did hire them the same day so it was okay. When they got there they got to work right away. They emptied the uhaul and placed all my things inside my home in a timely fashion. They worked really fast. I would def use them again and recommend them to others.

I 'm very very dissatisfied with the service you pervited to unload the truck...your guys had no respect for my property what so ever..they drug my sofa and love seat across my wooden floors and scared them all up...droped boxes broke a lot of glass property. not only that they also broke one of the wooden threshold going into the bedroom.i just brought new end tables and coffee table month ago and it was scrathed up along the bottom..this is very unprofessionarl . knocked stuff into the ways also just droped the boxes where they so disered not seat them down like I said droped where ever. they where only here for 2 hours not 3.i feel I should have my money refunded for all the damages as well for the sloppy service.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Clients are contacted right away to gather details, identify any special needs or items that will require extra care or special equipment. We contact the customer the day before the move to make sure everything remains as scheduled. On the day of the move we call when in route to the location. Our team is polite, professional, industrious and conscientious making sure to leave premises clean and in good order.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
JoGo Movers will call on the day of move to let our customer know we are on the way and the anticipated arrival time. The client will also be asked to do a walk through so the crew can work most efficiently. We will report on how things are going touching base on if we are on schedule or if it might take longer than expected. If we complete the tasks ahead of time, we will ask if there are any other things we can do to assist with the remaining time. We will leave the premises clean and neat.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depending on the move, we will instruct each client with specific details and we will handle it from there. The customer should provide full details of the move such as how many flights of stairs, number of rooms & boxes, outline the large items such as beds & dressers, etc., and any known obstacles.

Our services include same day and next day service for in state and out-of-state moves. We also have U-box container moving. Our same day service includes: 1. Crew members are trained individually by a master mover who is experienced in all aspects of moving help such as packing and heavy lifting. But, especially in providing value-added customer service. Our master movers undergo computer-based and on the job training.
