In short, they...
1) showed up to the wrong location
2) did not work hard (see below)
3) were not respectful of my items
4) I will not use them ever again

First, the guys showed up to the wrong location. When they finally arrived, they struggled with removing items from the truck and getting them back on. They didn’t move very quickly but I figured maybe they were just trying to get into their groove.

When we arrived to the second location, things did not improve. At one point I wondered where they were, went outside, and found one of them sitting at the end of the truck looking at his phone. Boxes were ripped, handles ripped off, items were dirty from being allowed to fall to the ground. With three of them I expected a lot more.

My wife observed when I wasn’t there that they let items fall to the ground and simply weren’t very careful. Loading the truck usually takes more time and I was able to get everything loaded with two guys in two hours. It took these three guys from this company three hours to unload — which I had to pay an extra $90 for bc of their glacial pace. Plus, items were damaged (not from transport but from process of removal from the truck) and dirty from lack of attention to care and detail. They are clearly not experienced loaders and unloaders and were not interested in getting the job done well nor were they considerate of time ($$).

Mover's response:
Hello Sean, In all of our years of service, we have seen our share of undesirable situations. We have never experienced such a level of racism and pack of lies until meeting you and your wife. We extended a curtesy, by sending you a third man even though you only paid for two men. The owner was the third man, who became ill due to the gas leak in your office and the unbearable stench from your dog pee soaked coach. He still assisted, even though your wife refused to provide him with water. In addition, we politely excepted the addition stop (all stops being nearly an hour apart accompanied with traffic) at no added charge. All locations had about a 50ft walk, toped with us having to reload the truck at the office due to the lack of space for the sectional (taking that 50ft walk again with the urine soaked sectional and several other items). In normal circumstances it would have taken our team 30 mins to unload a truck that size. With having to unload and reload it several times at two location, additional unloading at a third unmentioned location (free of additional mileage charge), a 50ft long carry at each location and again all locations being more that 30miles apart, was the cause of your project taking one extra hour to complete. No one items were dropped during your move, no boxes were torn nor was anything dirty. We have had people lie on us during our years of service but his list of lies are just outrageous. Our team did an excellent job executing your project which was packed with lies from your initial booking and keeping leveled heads with undeserved respect despite the racial tension that you and your wife were exuding. Even with your tip (given to all three men along with smiles and your high praises) we were under compensated by $123.50, yet we still provided excellent, professional service to you. Please be honest the next time you hire any company, as they dedicate time and resources in an effort to ensure that their clients walk away with a beautiful experience. With honesty you give them an opportunity to provide their recommendation on how to best execute your project in the most efficient way possible and along with the proper team size needed. Please remove your racist attitude as well because the world is full of businesses with a variety of culture and races who offer exceptional services despite the stereotypes that have been placed on them. Now is the time to unite and except people with the same love and respect you would want to be granted, no matter what color they are. Wow! Wow! Wow!
There are not enough kind words to describe how amazing this team of people is! Sydni and Joe run a fabulous business. They are kind, patient, knowledgable, dependable and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with them. They arrived on time, were super careful with every box and they finished early.

They were fast and efficient. They filled my 16 foot POD in 2 hours flat. They called when in transit and came prepared and was constantly professional. I will hire them for all moves. And the cost was reasonable. This is a company to use; luxury has finally reached the moving industry :)

This was the second time that I hired Joe and one of his men, Nathan, to help me move. They were absolutely PHENOMENAL! They were in touch with me both the day before the scheduled move and the morning of with updates on their estimated arrival. They brought all of the necessary equipment needed and were very respectful of my property and goods. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will absolutely use them again the next time I move.

They were hired to empty a pod. They arrived before they were scheduled in order to get me moved before a tropical storm arrived. They were courteous, professional and moved everything with care None of my belongings or the home was damaged in anyway Not sure I have ever been able to say that about movers

They arrived within the designated timeframe and completed the job before the closing of the storage facility so I did not have to pay for an additional day of storage. They worked hard, were respectful of my property and completed the job within the two hour minimum timeframe.

Every project requires something different because each customer and client has their own unique labor needs. Once we have an opportunity to speak with customers and clients about their project, we are able to inform them of what is needed from them to assist in achiveing the perfect labor experience.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have been serving residents and businesses of Georgia for nearly a decade now. We have had the pleasure of complete a wide range of services. From palletizing at showrooms across Georgia, relocating tenants of multi-family properties undergoing renovations (we have completed 10), staging homes for relators, furniture installation for student housing facilities, lumpering for warehouses, and so much more. We have done it all locally and long distance.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Well. there are two parts that we would consider to be our favorite parts of being Cleansville. One of our favorite parts is having the opportunity to assist people with projects that they could not have completed without our professional help. The other is the opportunity to provide our teams with a beautiful work experience that allows them to care for their families and enjoy their work while doing so.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our teams are provided training in proper lifting, to have and when to use certain equipment, safety training for packing and caring for customer's treasures (furniture and other things near and dear to our customers), how stay focused on the project and stay busy until the project is complete, and customer service training. We train our teams to all be "A One Man Show" at all times. This ensures that every team member is doing their part to the best of their abilities.!
