They were a couple of hours late but I was informed of it before hand. They were very professional & worked quickly. Very friendly & would reccomend them to anyone.

They were late in getting to the apartment but they promptly sent another team. The team that was sent were the owners and the 2 of them were very professional and unloaded my truck very quickly. I was extremely pleased with Boss Moving and would use them again.

Although the helper was prompt in his arrival, I had an overall disappointing experience.

Boss Moving NEVER mentioned that I only had a 2 hour limit and would be charged extra in one hour increments, if I go over the 2 hours. Be careful to keep track of time because the helper will not mention a time limit either. Not only was I told AFTER incurring the extra cost, I was told that they wanted cash. When I said I did not have cash, the alternative was to get a money order. The helper also scratched my furniture.

Despite the bad experience with Boss Moving, HireAHelper.com took care of the extra charge issue as soon as I called. Unfortunately, my furniture is still scratched.

Mover's response:

we bent over back words to help this customer, she only wanted 1 helper for a 2 helper job. She also wanted the helper to use his truck without no cost ( which he agreed) he had no pads to protect items due to customer only telling us it was boxes she wanted to move(which she never mentioned nothin about scratches until now) . She was will aware of the extra cost especially if she only paid for 2 hrs and it took 3 hrs.Some people are just to hard to please but we try our hardest and do our bes
