They were helpful... But definately not movers. The two guys were very pleasant, but they didn't appear to have moving experience, and they were reluctant to carry the heavy stuff. The job got done, but I woldnt use them again for moving.

The helpers from Americana never showed up to the site and never returned my calls. However, through my own mistake they got a hold of the payment code and processed payment for work that they never did. Completely dishonest. However, the customer service at hireahelper.com were wonderful. Thanks Pete and Daniel for helping in getting this resolved.

This makes no sense as Hireahelper's payment system requires YOU (the customer) to call in to release payment.

The 2 gentlemen who came to assist were remarkably effective in what they did. The were extremely polite and went above and beyond in helping me with other things not directly related to the job. True professionals. I was impressed!!!
