Our mission is to make your next move as stress-free as possible while taking great care of your appliances and goods, also by completing each job efficiently. Next Level Movers failed to show for helping me move. I confirmed with the owner of the company the Wednesday of moving and he stated "we will be there on Saturday." When Saturday arrived the movers were no where to be found. I texted the owner 30 minutes after he said they would be there and received no response. I called him an hour after and still no response. I called "Hire a Helper" and they also tried to call Next Level Movers but they stated he had turned his phone off. I never received an apology from him and to this day have not heard from him. I had to myself move everything into the truck with no movers and took me 8 hours by myself... I would have not been as mad if the owner did not confirm with me that Wednesday he would be there. The owner clearly does not value his word and commitment. I would not use them and they should be removed from "Hire a Helper." It should be completely unacceptable to have a vendor on this list that does not honor their word.

This was two young men. They arrived on time and worked very hard. They were accommodating and unloaded the whole 26 foot truck in two hours. I thought they did a good job.

No show. horrible. All we needed was help to fill a pod. They not only didn’t show but told us at 9:15 (arrival time) they would be late but that they would be there for sure at 4. So we couldn’t look for more help. Didn’t show At 4 and didn’t even let us know. It was awful. We wasted a whole day.

They did a wonderful job packing my U-Haul for me. I even had extra room for more things If needed. If I ever move back to the Atlanta area this is definitely a company I would call!

The gentleman who loaded our PODS today were exceptional! They were polite, professional and respectful of our belongings. They took time and great care to meticulously load each piece of furniture and ensure that everything would fit into the PODS. Hands down, we would recommend Next Level Movers to anyone needing assistance with a move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make it a more organized and a smooth move, it’s best for the customer to have everything that goes in boxes boxed up and ready to go. Also if possible have everything disassembled like beds, mirrors and etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, out of state, office moves, college dorm moves, junk removals, warehouse rearrangements, hot tubs, pool tables and etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about moving is working as a team and that feeling once the move is completed. Also seeing a smile on the customers face and leaving them satisfied.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide video training on how to lift correctly and on site practice with our own furniture pieces.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
