Wish I could give negative stars for this experience. Only one of the two guys showed up and I was still charged a full amount even though my elderly in-laws had to help with the move. No fault to the guy that showed up, but my attempts at a refund didn’t work as this greedy facilitator still charged me full price.

First of all I was to have service on 8/27 with 3 men between 2&3 pm. I get a text that they can’t make it until around 5pm making the move past 11:00 to midnight. I already had the truck, dolly, and 60 pads for the move which was due back by 10:00 the following morning. Needless to say we agreed, eventually, that the crew would come in the morning between 8-9. Oh, I forgot, I received a call that there were only two men coming, one called in sick and they wanted to know if I still wanted them. What! I have cleaners coming, a 26ft truck and do I still want them to come?? Where would I get someone at the last minute at the end of the month. Now, they arrive at 9:45 and my daughter is there, she’s 27 and I’m not back until around 12:30. The truck is almost full and no furniture pads had been used. I don’t have to tell you how upset I was. But all I said was that they hadn’t used the pads a the dining room table was laying on it’s side with the legs attached. I had damage to many items and I wasn’t happy with the care they were taking with my things. They took picture of two damaged pieces that I already had ( one just happened that morning and the other a year ago) and sent it to their boss after I complained to him and he texted them. The boss of Christian Mover’s was very accusatory and was defending his worker’s. I would not use this company if you paid me to again.

The whole world seems a bit crazy right now.So starting at 5 PM instead of 2 PM was not a big deal for me. The two guys that were sent did a good job.
First part simply getting the stuff out of my attic (some of which had been there for 20 years). So I can go through it and pitch what needs to be pitched and save what needs to be saved. The rest of loading appliance, boxes, and furniture in pod went well. These two needed some supervision on padding/wrapping things.
But they were also quite willing to accept instruction (or my wishes). The last crew that was supposed to have been professional movers also required instruction but would not take it. These two got more done in two hours then the other crew of three did in twice the time. And I will not have to redo these guys work. Two hours worth the fee charged. Happy with service. Thank you so much.

The movers arrived at 11:30 am and, after a brief orientation, went to work emptying our burned out garage. They worked continuously and only stopped to get water (it was around 104 degrees) or to ask for direction. They were finished in the allotted 2 hours. I was very pleased.

The two men came late because of accident on hi-way.
However there was miss communication from your service regarding a truck to move the storage into and move to new storage unit on the same
Property.
I had two wheeler of my own.
They used it and hand walked all boxes to new unit from current.
The heat for the day was 100
Degrees.
All boxes were moved in the two
Hour time allowed.
However the entire job was not done, through no fault of the workers. Too much work required for the tools and time allowed.
I will need to hire a U-Hal next time to complete the moving of furniture.
The workers worked hard to meet the time allowed.

They were late and left early.

They did a good job, but I booked them for 3 hrs. However the job took less than and hour and a half. I am happy to pay the two hr min, but I couldn’t get them to refund the last hour back to my credit card. Was a little disappointed about that. Your better off booking for the minimum, and then paying however long it took after that.

Fast and reliable service, due to covid all our crew wear mask and gloves during the move for everyone safety. And when you book with expect a call or text message within the hour of you booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
