The movers were very communicative leading up to and during the move. They did an excellent job and managed time very well!

Movers arrived on time and did an excellent job in getting everything into our POD and utilizing the space. They were courteous and respectful of our property. We were advise to purchase ratchet straps for the POD which we did and gave to the movers. Not sure how many if any were used and they ended up buried in the POD and were not used to secure the load at the end by the door. This is a little concerning as our load is traveling to a different state. Otherwise a good experience.

Though they were held up a a job before mine which made them later than my scheduled time everyone at All About You Moving worked very hard both in coordinating getting to my house and unloading the Pod.

These guys (Nate, Isaiah and Jeff) were great! So fast, efficient and nice. They did a great job! Only took them 2 hours of the 3 so a bit sad I can't get it pro-rated price through Hire a Helper (3rd party). But, that's not All About You Moving's fault. Overall, very satisfied with the whole process. Couldn't have done this without them.

Nate, Aron, and Isaiah were amazing. Professional and went straight to work. Pretty sure they could get a high score in Tetris judging by how they packed our POD. They even helped us with tips for our move as we went. Highly recommend!!!!

Adam and Aaron showed up on time and worked hard when they were there. Personable guys.
I had Rented plenary of moving blankets So there was no excuse to be stingy with those.
When I unloaded my POD at the new house I discovered they had put a nightstand upside down on a an old floor safe in the POD without anything between. It destroyed the top of the nightstand. My leather furniture had no blankets at all between them and sides of POD or anything else packed around them. The edges and corners were scraped and warn from the side of the pod and clearly from hitting the rough ceiling in the POD. (Why is the ceiling rough?? It should be smooth!).
The guys were good “movers”. They were just a little lacking in the successfully loading things so they didn’t get damaged.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
