The 2 workers that were sent were polite and as helpful as they could be. However, they were not aware they were coming to help us move furniture and therefore had no experience to bring to the situation.
I was very disappointed that they could not help me lift heavy boxes or assist with any furniture. I ended up having to hire additional movers to assist me to get the things done that we originally wanted these helpers to do.
The workers were on time, they were courteous and extremely willing to do what I asked them to do--but not capable of lifting anything of any size.
When we submitted the online request, we stated that the help needed was for moving and the helpers were not checked for experience, or ability to lift. I am disappointed that "Hire a Helper" did not select the correct help.
