The guys were on time and very efficient with their time. Unlike a traditional move, I was looking for help moving a very fragile new purchase into a second floor condo. The guys were respectful of my property and even helped clean up the packing material as I leveled the new cabinet. I would use them again and I recommend their service.

Brandon and Patrick came to the rescue after two other companies were no-shows. Brandon called to let me know when he was on the way, then again to let me know he would be late because of a traffic tie-up on the interstate. Both men worked very hard to get all my stuff unloaded before it started raining. They were cheerful, friendly, and great to work with. I would definitely use Brandon Ralph's Moving and Hauling again.

I called for help to move my household goods into my new home, and I received a call back in 10 minutes. And had a crew of 3 in a couple of hours. The crew was professional, fast and very efficient. What would have taken me two days to do, they did in 2 hours. Mind you, this is a 3 bedroom home with lots of heavy furniture. And tons of boxes. I would surely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Brandon, you've got a great crew.

This was simply a case of bad management of resources and time. Brandon showed up on time and worked very hard. His help however was more of a hinderance then help. One of his workers brought his girlfriend who hung out in my house which I did not like. I ended up moving 95% of my stuff with Brandon while the other 2 just watched. I had a discussion with Brandon and he informed me that his normal help was not available until later in the day so he had to get new help. I discussed with Mr. Ralph that if you cannot show up with good help, to call the client and let them know the situation. I would have been happy to wait a few hours for 3 strong people to help move my stuff, rather then paying him for me to do half if not more of the work. I would probably use him again due to HIS work ethic but would need to verify he has strong workers with him next time.
