BB's was excellent, on time and treated our items with care! Not to mention they are miracle workers -- we were prepared to rent another trailer because we felt like we had way too much stuff for the limited space we were working with, but they were able to fit everything neatly and quickly. Thank you BB's!

They were unprofessional. Instead of 2 people they came 3 but only 2 were working at a time and out of 3 the one who was experienced was staying in pod to arrange boxes. The 2 without experience was moving stuff. they have damage my wall and end up with close to 400-500$ repair.

Mover's response:

This customer was very unreasonable he had a two-story home about 2400 square feet that he wanted us to pack into a 8x16 container when I told him this could not be done he became very upset. As we were walking through the home we noticed a couple items that would need to be disassembled to bring them down the stairs safely customer refused and him and his two friends then begin to bring the items down their self damaging the walls by flipping items down the stairs. me and my crew had just came off a three-man job which we received five stars for so even though this customer book for two guys I came with the third guy the plan was for two guys to move the items and one guy to pack the container this quickly changed when customers decided to pack the container their self the customer became even more irate when I proceeded to go to the car to speak with the representative from hire a helper to discuss what was going on about on this job customer confronted me about sitting down on the job I stated to customer that he has only paid for two guys and they were working after a few minutes I proceeded to go back to help my guys after working for about 2 hours we managed to completely pack the pod customer tipped us and we left

I was so impressed with the service from BB's moving with care! I had a U-Pack container that I worried wasn't going to fit all of my furniture but within just an hour and a half, they managed to get a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, coffee table, bar cart, tv piece, kitchen table, and all of my many boxes and pieces of luggage. They even helped me move my couch to a friend's apartment across the street. The whole thing took under 2 hours, as their name promises they took great care of my things, and it was a quite reasonable price for the service. I highly recommend!!

All of my guys are seasoned vets in this particular field but we still refresh yourself oh how to use equipment via YouTube
