They canceled the day of our move, calling exactly at the time they were supposed to show up, claiming they were still 80 miles out with a broken radiator. They said they would hire a rental car and get to us ASAP. We called again an hour later, and said they were at a rental place but still hadn't booked a car, and they had the same story another hour later. They then asked if we had booked a back up mover.... (no, didn't know we needed to??) - We would have even been willing to go get them, but they were so far out and they didn't ask anyway. Things happen, but they whole experience seemed iffy and my husband was wondering why they were still 80 miles away at the time they were supposed to arrive and couldn't have called us earlier. It seemed more likely that they had double-booked. Meanwhile, my older in laws and my husband and I were left in a serious lurch moving huge solid wood furniture down 3 flights of stairs. HireAHelper said that they could find a replacement at no additional charge to us, but when they called back to confirm, no one was available. It was just the worst day, and if we had paid more for a bigger company, we probably would never have had to deal with all of this nonsense. We are seriously lucky that one of his parents (or us!) didn't get seriously hurt. The HireaHelper agent even had the nerve to tell me to "enjoy the rest of your weekend" after knowing our ugly situation and not being able to help.. Talk about pouring salt on a wound. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The guys communicated their arrival times clearly, and showed up on time. They were strong and able to get the furniture up the stairs, but they did not come prepared with their own Dolly’s or Drills to assemble the furniture.

Tobias and Patrick Were a few minutes late because of an accident on the freeway .But they called and kept in touch Started Right to work ,Both were nice young man I had several boxes that are fragile and they seem to take good care of them .Yes I would use them again .

I had a freight trailer. Breaded Men Moving guys were great. They showed up as scheduled, worked very hard and fast. I had many heavy boxes, but they moved them easily. Very kind and respectful. I am highly recommend them to everyone.
