The helpers from J&J moving service, did an excellent job. They worked with speed and efficiency... They arrived on time and completed the job in less time than expected. I would definately recommend them to family and friends.

At first I thought they were professional and did a good job. That was until we reached our new home in California. There were boxes that had not been packed properly and different cleaning supplies leaked out all over the contents inside.

Our brand new computer was put in a box with no wrapping paper around it and nothing to keep it from rolling back and forth. We had an OLD computer that was wrapped, but not the new one. We had purchased an extra 400 sheets of packing paper and they didn't use it. I broken knick knacks that I had been collecting for our entire life. We were extremely unhappy with this company and highly recommend anyone NOT to use them. We had damage done to our furniture because instead of using the furniture pads we had ordered, they only wrapped tape around the drawers of our chester drawer sets. The paint peeled off and left a ugly scar. Thank goodness we had purchased renters insurance. When my husband called to speak to James about the damage, he said it was our fault and the guys who loaded the truck the next day. He actually said that the movers must have unpacked the boxes and removed the wrapping paper. We couldn't belive that one. Highly unsatisfied and will never use again.
