They did not bring a dolley with as the website states when I made a booking - this caused the entire move to take much longer than it should have. They also did not have the correct tools to disassemble some fo the desks as I mentioned when I made my booking.
I woudl not use them again.

They were over 90 minutes late and I had to call to see where they were and what was going on... twice. Said that they were having GPS issues and then the address they were given was wrong. Regardless, I don't think it is my responsibility to call to see why they are late.
When they arrived, they did the job very well and were very courteous of my furniture and the house which was good. The gentleman did share some personal information about his health that I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it? I am sure he was just overwhelmed with is diagnosis, but being a complete stranger, didn't really need to know about his health. I feel sorry for him and his family and wish him nothing but a pain free life and a great time with his family while he has it.
All in all, he and his son did a good job. Just didn't like that they were so late and never called to let me know.
