Did not show up. Let us know the day of the move, about over an hour after they were supposed to be there, that they are not going to show up. A true nightmare!

Called several times the day before no reply, called the day of no reply until 1hr before show up time although more than 1 hr away, said they had all equipment then needed equipment, had 400 lbs items unlisted, I cant even ethically apologize this was your fault yet ofcourse you take no blame and leave a poor review after your lack of communication and honesty. I think this review should be removed and if you're a customer reading it please be open and honest with the representatives and answer your phones

The actual service was fine, they were polite and nice and did not complain. However, they were very late and the person I spoke with on the phone was unprofessional.

Devon is an excellent worker and very conscientious, They showed up on time and got right to work. He had an assistant who was not the best fit for this job. We were moving a couple of large pieces of furniture and the assistant was not strong enough for the job. Despite the drawback they persisted and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would hire him again.

Devon and Jason (I think that was his name) not only arrived on time, but went above and beyond to coordinate with our uncertain schedule! Devon was extremely kind and helpful. The two guys worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. They were awesome and i would ABSOLUTELY recommend them and call them again! They were 2 little "angels in disguise" and made the lives of me, my husband, and my son a whole lot easier. Having spent the previous 24 hours packing, loading, and driving, unloading that truck would've probably pushed all 3 of us over the edge! With the help of Devon and Jason, my husband and I were able to spend the remainder of our short trip with my son and getting to see more of the beautiful city and countryside, and the campus where he will be attending graduate school. Thanks again Devon, Jason, and "HireAHelper!"

This company called about 2 days prior to our move and asked if they could come 2 hours later than scheduled. We let them know that we were on a tight schedule with an interstate move and that this would not be possible and they confirmed our scheduled time for arrival. The day of our move, one of the movers called and said he'd overslept. At first, it sounded like they would be only half an hour late, but they were closer to two hours late. When they arrived, they were pretty leisurely in the pace that they helped us pack up our truck (we largely had them pack the furniture because we had loaded the boxes during the delay). Several of our pieces of furniture ended up with scuffs and dings. The only good parts of the service were that they did show up on the day of the move (though they were late) and they were really nice. Other than that, it was really disappointing and added a lot of stress to an already stressful day.
