Did not arrive by the scheduled time, and did not call to tell us they would be late. When we called them, they said they had to find different men to come do the job, even though we had confirmed with them the day before. The substitute crew arrived 1.5 hours late, by which time we had already done quite a bit of the work ourselves, because we had a scheduled to meet. We were still charged the full minimum amount, even though they finished in an hour because we had started the work ourselves.

The "crew" showed up on time with a short notice, (posted request on a sunday for work on Monday) They were professional and got straight to work, moving our furniture in both an expeditious and safe manner with zero dings or dents. I HIGHLY recommend them and plan on using them again myself in a couple of months.

Kept in contact with us the whole day about when they would arrive, and showed up within a few minutes of their scheduled time. Friendly and showed up ready to start right away. The main guy knew how to move and was fast and respectful of our belongings. There was a new hire that seemed like he had less experience but was friendly and worked as hard as he could. I would use the company again and would recommend them to friends.
