The guys were awesome! Super efficient and the first guy (sorry I can't remember his name) was awesome. The other guy (with glasses) was very quiet but efficient. They carried my bed upstairs and they were very gentle with my couch.

They were late and they called 10 minutes past their show time window to let me know that they were 45 minutes off schedule. Once they arrived they worked hard. Only problem that I truly have is that I went through hireAhelper and had an idea of what costs would be if we went over prepaid time but once third party took over it was a higher cost for going over prepaid time. Something important to consider when choosing third party.
