First of all they need to know how to load stuff in a moving truck, I was not appreciative of them dragging my furniture across the floor especially my antique Dresser and when I said something about it they guy wanted to argue! Will NEVER Use these guys again! and the fact they want to argue because you tell them don't drag the furniture across your floors,
